1. The service
Yankee Sports ("we", "us") provides advisory and placement services for student-athletes seeking athletic and academic opportunities at colleges and universities in the United States: profile building, presentation to college coaches, guidance through eligibility registration, applications, and enrollment logistics. The Student Portal is the online tool through which applications are submitted, profiles are completed and documents are exchanged.
2. No guarantee
Admission, scholarships, roster spots and visa approvals are decided by third parties — colleges, athletic associations (NCAA/NAIA) and government authorities. We use our experience and network to maximize your chances, but we do not and cannot guarantee admission, any particular scholarship amount, or visa issuance.
3. Your account and your obligations
- Information you submit — on the application form, in your profile and in uploaded documents — must be accurate, complete and yours. Falsified academic or identity documents are grounds for immediate termination and may have legal consequences with US institutions.
- Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use of the service.
- Upload only documents relevant to the placement process. Do not upload malicious files or content that infringes others' rights.
4. Fees
Service fees, payment schedule and refund terms are agreed in a separate written engagement (contract or offer) between you (or your parent/guardian) and Yankee Sports. Submitting the application form is free and creates no payment obligation.
5. Documents and data
By uploading documents and completing your profile you authorize us to review them and, with your consent, share relevant information with US colleges and coaches for placement purposes. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the portal: no automated scraping, no attempts to access other users' data, no abusive or fraudulent applications. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have actually paid us. We are not liable for decisions of colleges, athletic associations or visa authorities, nor for indirect damages such as lost opportunities or travel costs.
8. Termination
You may stop using the portal at any time and may request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms; contractual engagements end according to their own terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are subject to the competent court in Belgrade, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use of the portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the portal.
